Ingredients -
* Dried Amla .
* Dried Ridged Gourd  (Turai).
* Dried Ginger (Adrak).
* Black seeds (Kalonji).
* Cold pressed coconut oil.

Method to make the oil -
* Take 4 cups of cold pressed coconut oil in a pan.
* Add 3 Tablespoons of dried ridged gourd .
* Add 3 tablespoons of dried amla .
* Add 3 tablespoons of black seeds in  the oil (Kalonji) .
* Boil the mixture on low flame until it turns brown.
* Now filter the extract oil .

How to apply -
Apply it to your hair roots . Leave it overnight and then rinse it with sulphate free shampoo.


2. Eat proper diet
