 Here are some special descriptions about skin care and anti aging.....

 The best way to look younger and healthier is to keep skin glowing. Everyone wants the glowing and shining skin so that one could look attractive and confident.  the skin renewal process slows down after age of 25 so we need extra caring and nourishment for our skin. Keeping skin hydrated and preventing it from direct exposure of sunlight ,dust ,polluted air and extra oil over it is very necessary. 


* Here are some basic things to avoid to prevent skin damages-

1.Avoid direct exposure of sunlight ,it may burn skin cells and darken it .Tanning may also cause pimples and acne on your skin. 


2.Avoid smoking ,it damages skin cells and slows it's renewal process.



3.Make sure your skin has not much oil or it is not much drier.

4.Avoid eating much junk food and unbalanced diet.



5.Avoid stress and dehydration.

6.Avoid spending much time in polluted air.

7.Stop over washing your face.

8.Stop using harsh soaps or any other harsh products or products with sharp fragrance.

If your lifestyle doesn't allow you to avoid all these things then at least  try to reduce sun exposure and tanning as much as you can.

*Now let us jump on some simple things to add in your daily routine-

1.Always apply sunscreen whenever u need to go into sunlight . It will help your skin to avoid direct sun exposure and  will prevent skin cell burning   .



2.Always take meals with wholefoods and find some time relax and deep breathing in fresh air.



3.Eat diet with balanced quantity of age fighting ingredients i.e. vitamin C and vitamin A.



4.Every night clean your skin  so that you can assure that you cleaned all the dust and tans you got exposed in whole day.



5.Drink almost 12 ltrs of water to maintain hydration in body.



6.Use very mild products for skin care.

7.You should exfoliate your skin at least once a week so that skin pours gets open and your skin may breath. It would help you to have a shiny and soft skin.

*Here is a remedy for a natural skin tonner for anti aging-


- Firstly we need to add half cup of chopped 
parsley in a glass bowl.
-Secondly add a cup of boiling water.
-Now let this mixture  cool down and then store it in a jar or spray bottle.
-Apply this tonner as simple skin tonner  using cotton and get glowing and healthy skin.
-one can apply this tonner at night after washing skin well.
