a)rose water remedy-

*Take two tablespoons of rose water.
*A container with almost 6 or 7 liters  of water .
*soak your  lower legs in the container for half an hour.
*Do it twice a day and you will feel cool.

b)Sandalwood remedy-

*take almost 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder .
