As you all know acne and pimples are not easy to cure permanently. People use many remedies as well as medicines to cure pimples and acne but they work temporarily and also leave with some other side effects. So here are some methods by which you will get permanent treatment of this problem with no side effects. When it's about the skin problem, I think you just do not need a remedy but a full plan to tap the problem.
According to Ayurveda the root cause of acne and pimples is increased Pitta Dosha in the body. So here I'm with three natural methods that will cure this problem from root, immune you for future breakouts and balance your hormones.
1. Triphala water
The first thing you need to do is ,after you are up and fresh, Take triphala water with an empty stomach. You have definitely heard about it but only a few know about its health benefits. It is made with three super fruits, Amla, Haritaki and Bibhitaki. Each of these three play a specific role to cure acne. Amla is rich in vitamin C and works as a natural blood purifier, it removes dead cells and also tonic for liver. Haritaki is a natural detoxifier and reduces all skin allergies and also works as an immunity booster. Thirdly, Bibhitaki reduces body heat, it is anti-inflammatory, exfoliative and cleans the intestines. The combination of these three super fruits is far better than any other medicine you might have to try to cure skin problems. So before going to the bed, Mix half teaspoon of Triphala powder with 100 ml of water in a mud pot. Note that I mentioned the mud pot here and no other container will give you as fast results. Cover the pot mouth overnight so that the powder releases its properties properly in the water. In the morning , strain the water and drink only water slowly. This method is called cold infusion and it is highly recommended for inflammatory problems like acne. So here is a simple routine -wake up , drink plain water, freshen up and now drink the Triphala water. Make sure you do not eat anything for 30 minutes after drinking the Triphala water.

2. Nourish your skin
While getting ready for the day, it is time to nourish your skin furthermore. It is a traditional way to use sandalwood to nourish the skin. The herb that is the most soothing for skin is white sandalwood. It has anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties which calms the skin and detoxifies the skin. we should understand that our skin absorbs from its small pores so you should not apply any chemical product while following this routine. Instead You can use this cleansing method to nourish your skin. If you have oily skin, use rose water and if you have dry skin, use milk. Now Just dip a cotton ball into it and clean your face with it. It would hardly take 2 minutes and would open up the pores. After doing it just take a stone board and drop some drops of water on it. Now rub a white sandalwood piece on this board for 2 to 3 minutes and now collect the paste in a small glass container. This is the purest and most effective way to collect the sandalwood paste. Now add a pinch or turmeric and also add milk or rose water according to your skin type to make a paste like thin consistency. If you are unable to use sandalwood by this method, you can also buy readymade white sandalwood powder and make its paste. Apply this paste all over your face gently and you will start feeling it's soothing, calming and cleansing effect. Leave it for at least 20 minutes and rinse it with running tap water during bath.
Now after washing the face, it's time to choose the best moisturiser for your skin. For dry skin Radha face oil or any cold pressed coconut oil are best. For oily skin type, aloe vera face gel is best. If you want fast and more effective results, avoid cosmetics as much as possible.

It is Your morning routine and you are now ready for the day. Keep these things in mind -
1. Always prefer cotton clothes. They allow skin to breathe.
2.Try to avoid direct sun exposure between noon 12 PM to evening 4PM.
3. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily , it may spread bacteria.
4. Add Ghee in your daily diet. It will nourish your skin and give it glow.
5. Live stress free.
6. Make sure your pillow, pillow covers, bedsheets and blankets are clean.
7. Practice Anulom Vilom. It detoxifies the body as well as keeps you calm and focused.
8. Practice workout daily so that your body sweat and skin pores get opened.
9. Try to minimise use of garlic in your meals as it heats the body.
3. Use Shatavari as your bed drink
Now the 3rd step, you need to execute 2 hours after your dinner and half an hour before going to bed. It is simply to take 1 teaspoon of Shatavari powder mixed in 1 glass of warm milk. If you do not want to drink milk you can also take it with warm water. Shatavari powder is an anti inflammatory, blood purifier and recommended for both men and women. It increases immunity, cleans the blood, protects collagen and also has anti-aging properties. It will reduce the Pitta and soothe your skin. I will also help you to reduce your stress level . Make sure you do not eat anything after having it, consider it as your bed drink and sleep after taking it.

Bonus tip-
Here is the best routine for your skin but I also have a bonus tip . When you wake up, before drinking water, just take saliva in your finger and apply it on your pimples. Saliva has healing properties . This is the reason why animals put saliva over their injuries.
Food advise to avoid acne and pimples-
Did you ever notice that some food variety affects your skin so fast? You can feel acne and pimples the very next day after eating some types of food. You may also eating wrong food combinations that are harming your skin unknowingly. Ayurveda clearly mentions some food items that can irritate your skin layers.
1. Avoid eating extremely oily and greasy food.
2. Say no to excessive hot and spicy food.
3. Avoid very sour foods like tamarind.
4. Avoid consuming tea and milk with salty foods like paratha, salty biscuits or namkeen.
5. Eating fruits or salad after the meal. Salads and fruits are good for health but you should understand that the right time to eat them is before meals, not after meals.
6. Avoid packaged foods like chips, packed curd etc.
7. Avoid tea and coffee due to their heating properties. Instead you can make a tea boiling equal amount of cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds in water. It will reduce the effect of extra spicy food and also fulfil the requirement of tea.
8. While following this routine you should also avoid eating some certain food items like brinjal, lady finger, yams and jackfruit. Rest all the seasonal vegetables and fruits are recommended to consume.
9. Try to add detoxifying foods like bitter gourd , aloe vera ,fenugreek seeds and the foods with water in themselves like watermelon, cucumber, coconut water , pumpkins and bottle gourds in your daily diet.
10. Drink enough water throughout the day to reduce heating effects.
11. All naturally sweet foods are inflammatory and stress releaser .Foods like banana, pomegranate and sweets made with natural sweeteners are recommended. Strictly avoid artificial and refined sugar.
