Being mentally healthy includes being happy , active , positive and concentrated. Mental health is the combined effect of external and internal activities. We need to understand that the Harmone release in our body is dependent on the diet you are providing the body. One should take a diet with balanced amount of iron and vitamin B-12 because these two don't let you feel low.
Body heals itself during sleep . It is very important to sleep at least 8 hour per day because it refreshes the mind and also helps the mind to forget unnecessary things. If you are not able to sleep well , maintain a cool temperature in your room and do exercise in the morning. It would make you sleep well and help you to recover mental health as well as physical health.

Sometimes it is not easy to share feelings but start fighting against your hesitation. Expressing feelings is as common as expressing physical pain. Just explain about your problems to your trusty friend or parents or any other family member because expressing problems can raise solutions very fast . Not expressing your feelings starts developing anxiety and stress over mind and it might affect memory and concentration power.
Being mature ,only focusing on making new friends and relations is not important but recognizing the negative personalities around you and removing them is very important. Just avoid being with negative personalities . They might pull you into their negativity and can give you much stress and anxiety.
10.Avoid alcohol and other addictive things -
Alcohol , smoking or other addictions directly affects memory and stress level . These addictions start vanishing the mind and thus it becomes a body tendency after long use of these products. Alcohol can give relief from stress for a while but the next day it comes with more stress and thus it increases the stress level and it might damage the brain . It also affects physical health badly. One should also avoid using drinks full of caffeine . It might hurt your mental health.
