10 ways to cure depression naturally

A lot of people are suffering from depression and it is a very difficult and slow process to overcome it . Well here are some basic and simple ways which can help you to overcome depression. Being depressed does not mean being upset please do not confuse the both. An upset person shows his sorrow but it is usually not easy for a depressed person. it is not very keen to understand symptoms of depression .some of common symptoms of depression are here - 

1.losing interests over favourite activities or hobbies.

2. Highlight your achievements instead of thinking about failures or losses -

Writing makes you release all your sorrow on paper which helps your mind to be relaxed and calm. Usually depressed people do not share sorrows with anyone so it is necessary to write them down so that the mind can be burden free. Just write down all the experiences you feel in the whole day and what problems are there with your life. It would make you understand your skills as well as your weaknesses. You will feel it difficult to do something opposite to your mind but this is the only way to start doing positive things. 7. Eat what makes you feel good -

8. Be social -

Indirectly being social means exploring your skills, making new friends , finding better communities , fun , enjoyment and forgetting negative things. Just go for it even if your mind stops you from doing it because it helps you to understand that there are people who do not have much talent but are doing well in life just because they explore whatever they have. So you can also do far better in life .
Being social not only means being active on social media platforms but it also means spending time with your friends and sharing your ideas, problems and goods with them. Again this is not easy for a depressed person but keep doing it until your mind starts accepting it. 




9. Start learning something new -

Learning something new makes you confident, happy and keeps you diverted from all the negative things, you overthink with no reason. Just go for it and explore your interests. It would make you meet new people as well as provide new platforms to work.



10. Work on yourself instead of thinking what people think about you -

Most people do not share their problems with anyone because they are afraid of their judgments but you need to be mature and understand that doing this is harming you internally . Just do not care about what people will say because everyone is unique and has different ideas. Just do work on your own skills and do not let anyone control your mind. Do share things with your loved ones and thank them for listening to you. All you need is to remove all the toxic people from your friend list who are discouraging you to grow.
